No Juice; Water please

I had to go to doctors’ office today and I found the following article on their board

It says, ” The non-profit consumer research and advocacy group tested 45 fruit juices (apple, grape, pear and fruit blends) sold across the U.S. and found elevated levels of those heavy metals in nearly half of them. Particularly concerning to the researchers was that many of the juices were marketed to children.” Also, doctors usually advise that the children do not need to drink any juice and drinking water is good enough for them. I guess we don’t need to bother buying any juice – it will save us money too.

Family Vacation 2022

We (my parents, two brothers with their families and I with my family) went on a family vacation in upstate (Peck’s Lake) NY this year. My only sister and her family live a few thousand miles away from us, so she couldn’t join us this year. The vacation house was...

Making Money Using Laws

I am astonished to see that NY DMV fined me $130 ($50 fine + $80 Surcharge) for failing to show current insurance proof. I had both current and old insurance proofs in the same envelope because the new insurance proof comes long before the old one expires. By mistake,...

AT&T Cheated Me

I complained many times against AT&T, still stayed with them because they gave me good prices for phones. This time they lied to me and I believe I won’t stay with them after my contract is over unless they give me what they promised. First, they sold me Samsung...

My worst experience with doctors

It was December 2015, my second son was playing with colored cotton balls and I thought I saw him putting one small cotton ball in one of his nostrils (he was 1 year+ at that time). We saw something red in his nose but we weren’t 100% sure because the inside of a nose...

Testicular Cancer

Recently, I took a agency mandated class on communication. It was a good class and the lessons learned there can be used for effective communication in work or in personal life. The instructor shared some experiences involving his client, parents, and siblings. He...
