Last Saturday, there was a community fair at Max Myers playground in northeast Philadelphia. In the fair, they were giving out free foods sponsored by local politicians since election is in the horizon. Also, some companies were giving hot dogs, red Bull, etc. in return of name and address. Most likely these information will be sold to advertising company or at least they will be sending advertisements to these houses. Thus it was little investment on their part. Only Shop Rite was giving free water (bottles) and was not asking anything for it. However, the water bottles themselves were of shop rite brand, so they were campaigning for their store too. Little community service and advertisement at the same time.
